
Easter falls at such a wonderful time of year – Spring has just sprung and there is new life everywhere. With the Easter half-term right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to be thinking about what activities are available for you and the family to enjoy. Here at Damerons Farm, we’re in a great location to get involved with lots of exciting events happening this April around Suffolk. We’ve put together a little list of things you don’t want to miss out on!
Fun For the Entire Family
Jimmy’s Spring Fayre – April 6th & 7th

Enjoy plenty of cheer at Jimmy’s Spring Fayre this year, with an Easter Egg Hunt, Mr Bunny’s Easter Grotto, carousel rides, chick holding, lambing live, bunny cuddling and so much more!
Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park – Easter Holidays April 8th – April 22nd

There really is something for everyone here; explore the wonder wood, in which children can build their own dens. The adventure play areas and bouncy pillow will keep the energetic ones entertained and why not head to the tropical house to meet reptiles and beautiful birds. There’s also a restaurant and coffee cabin for when you need a re-fuel from a busy day of fun. All this and more awaits at Jimmy’s Farm this Easter.
Suffolk Food Hall: Starglazing Ceramics – Easter Workshops – April 9th – 13th

Perfect for a rainy day; head to the Suffolk Food Hall and have your child take in their favourite toy to be inspired to draw, colour and paint a lovely wall plaque. Within the workshop the Starglazing Ceramics team will help your child to take inspiration from their favourite childhood toy to make simple sketchbooks and decorate a ceramic plate. Framlingham Country Show – 13th – 14th April

You’ll be spoilt for things to see and do at this years Framlingham Country Show. From watching a motorbike stunt team and sheep racing, to gin tasting and a cookery demo from Sophie Faldo, winner of the Great British Bake Off, there really is something for the entire family to enjoy on this day of fun.
Easter at Easton Farm Park – 19th April – 22nd April

Your children will love meeting all of the animals at Easton Farm Park, taking part in activities like pony and barrel bug rides and, of course, hunting down some some huge Easter eggs that will be hidden around the park. Relax in the Barmy Barn Cafe which also houses an indoor play area – the fun never stops!
